Employees withdraw salaries through tout but 'without work'

UDHAMPUR, Jan 25: Believe it or not, if anyone wants to get hefty amount without any work then contact the administration of the Government District Hospital Udhampur and the management is reportedly extremely cooperative in felicitating those employees who do not want to do work.
As per RTI activist Rohit Padha informed that accordingly attendance report of Rajinder Kr Gupta (Nittu) working as Junior Pharmacist at District Hospital (DH) for the last 20 years ; Omkar Singh, Electrician, working for the last 10 years at DH; Suram Singh, NO, working for the last 20 years at DTC and Arjana Kumari, Chowkidar, working for the last 20 years at DTC are some of the active names involved in such games.
He alleged that some employees getting salaries without even attendance included of Deary Union Leaders of Director's Office including Sushil Sudan, Pharmacist/Union Leader; R.P Singh, Pharmacist/Union Leader and Raman, Pharmacist/Union Leader.
He further informed that while employees are transferred after few years of serving at a place but these blue eyed influentials employees are not touched after completion of maximum years at a place even some time for eye wash they were transferred to another nearest public health centre but within days they were come back in distric hospital udhampur through modification of their orders by the help of senior authority it mean there are no transfer policy for these blue eyed influentials employees.
"I have already filed application to Lieutenant Governor Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir , and copy to others concerning higher authorities related this matter but no action has been done on the ground level it means director health services Jammu as well as hospital administration Udhampur failed to resolved the matter .
"This has further deterred the work culture of the medical institution and the poor patients are suffering because of this," he maintained. He further informed that all these blue eyed influentials employees have acquired a lot of wealth and they either use muscle power or grease the palms of the transferring officers to meet their interests.
When contacted director health services jammu for their comments but she was not picked phone call after many attempts.
