POONCH, Feb 13: Poonch Police along with 39 RR(Romeo force) on thursday recovered cache of arms and ammunition from the old hideout in Kunaiyan area of Poonch district.
SSP Poonch Ramesh Angral here said that SOG party of Poonch along with Rashtriya Rifle troops of Army led by Dysp pc poonch Manish Sharma launched a joint search operation in the general area of Kunaiyan forest.
“During search operation a cache was busted and weapons were recovered,”
During search of the hideout one Ak 74 rifle,one magazine ,one Chinese Pistol, one Pistol Magazine have been recovered.
In this regard an FIR has been registered in Poonch Police station under relevant sections of law and investigation taken up. |
