Rajouri, Mar 2: Taking action against the illegal mining, the district administration Rajouri seized a tractor trolley and other vehicles while taking minor mineral from Tawi bed of Panchayat Nallah of tehsil Sunderbani of District Rajouri.
The illegal mining was being done in violation of pollution norms, which was already highlighted by Early Times and taking action on news item, DC Rajouri Nazeer Sheikh took immediate action and sent ADC Sunderbani Vinod Kumar and other officers for on spot raid at Nallah. Locals thanked the DC and ADC for taking action. |
