| JKCNGEEU reiterates demands | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 2: J&K Central Non Gazetted Electric Employees Union (CNGEEU) today held press conference at Press Club under the leadership of its State President, Mohammad Afzal Bhat and highlighted their long pending demands.
Addressing press conference, MA Bhat reiterated the demands including saying that employees and workers are against the wrong policy of government for restructuring and unbundling (privatisation} of the department and formation of companies/corporations via Administrative {Council Decision no. 258/22/2019 Dated: 22-10-2019), (Govt. Order No. 191-PDD of 2019 Dated: 23-10-2019) and (Govt. Order No. 198-PBD of 2019 Dated: 3010-2019). These decisions should be revoked immediately.
Transfer of all power projects from NHPC to JKSPDC to overcome Power/Economic Crisis and unemployment to some extent. Immediate regularization Orders of the (PDL/TDL) Daily Wagers as per the Departmental Promotion Committee cleared by PDD Kashmir and Jammu division DPC’s decision of 2019. Clearing all pending (PDL/TDL) cases in various division ^circle offices and release of their pending wages. Re-organization of PDD in accordance with the actual requirements, Risk Allowance in favour of the staff working on Risk Prone Jobs, Formation of compensation, Relief and Rehabilitation Centres for Employees/Workers of the department undergoing Power accidental cases resulting in unfortunate Death and Permanent/Partial Disability.
