Dogri Kahani Ghoshti organized in Udhampur

UDHAMPUR, Mar 2: Rachnakar Kala Sahitya Acadmy Udhampur today organized a "Dogri Kahani Ghoshti" to promote young writers in Dogri story writing.
Dr. Darshan Darshi and Professor Lalit Magotra from Jammu graced the function attended by young writers from Reasi and Udhampur. Raj Rahi, Sunil Mehra, Jagdeep Dubey and Upadhay were among the writers who read out their stories that depicted the happenings of day to day life in the society.
While speaking on the occasion Dr. Darshi, Professor Magotra and Doctor Adarsh appreciated the young writers and gave them valuable tips to improve their writings.
Mahadeep Singh Jamwal President Senior Citizens Club Udhampur especially invited by the 'Rachnakar Kala Sahitya Acadmy Udhampur' while speaking on the occasion stressed to create audience as well as urge among the Dogra belt so that Dogri language presently on the back foot could flourish and maintain its existence. From closed circuit such program are required to be arranged on wider platter for attracting larger people towards the Dogri language promotion.
Others present on the occasion included, Balraj Bakshi, Kusum Antra, SP Singh. Parkash Premi presented vote of thanks.
