MENDHAR, Mar 28: Mendhar Sub Division in Poonch district is brazenly belying the hyped Swachh Bharat Abhiyan as officials of Rural Development Mendhar (RDD) enjoy deep slumber, reducing Mendha town into a heap of garbage, vulnerable to deadly communicable diseases.
One can easily observe the worse of condition of town Huge heaps of sticking garbage can be seen on road in Mendhar town. Social Worker a social activist Er M R Kazafi said people are habitual of all these as RDD officials do people are habitual of all these as RDD officials do not bother about suffering of people. It seems 'Clean India Mission' has still not reached Mendhar town as officials don't make effort to make the mission successful.
