Jammu, Apr 18: Kanachack Police today booked two persons for defying lockdown in the wake of breakout of Coronavirus.
According to sources, several check points have been established to maintain complete lock down, put in place by the government. “Today during a checking, SHO Police Station Kana Chak, Inspector Ravi Singh Parihar intercepted two vehicles bearing registration JK02AK-6660 (Innova) and JK02U-6866 (Maruti Car) violating D.M. Jammu’s order for maintaining lockdown. Drivers of the vehicles were identified as Vishal Gupta resident of Talab Tillo, Jammu and Narotam Singh resident of Batehera respectively”, they said, adding that in this regard, FIR No. 58/2020 U/S and 59/2020 U/S 188 IPS have been registered at P/S Kana Chak against above said accused and investigation initiated.
