Jammu, Apr 30: The Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday winded up Vigilance Commission constituted under the Jammu and Kashmir State Vigilance Commission Act 2011 repealed in terms of Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization -Adaptation of State Laws. “All the staff posted in the Jammu and Kashmir Vigilance Commission drawn from various Departments shown in Annexure-A to this order shall report to the concerned Administrative Department indicated against each,” reads order issued by GAD department “The staff posted/deployed in Jammu and Kashmir Vigilance Commission by the General Administration Department drawn from various Corporations/PSUs/ Organizations shown in Annexure-B to this order shall report to the Department/Organization indicated against each,” the order reads further. “A committee comprising of Financial AdvisoriCAO & Under Secretary posted in Jammu and Kashmir Vigilance Commission shall handover the records, electronic equipments, books and other miscellaneous items of Jammu and Kashmir Vigilance Commission to the Director, Anti Corruption Bureau, MK, who shall ensure safe custody of the records,” reads order. |
