Amid lockdown, distribution of relief materials among needy persons continues | | | Early Times Report
Ramsoo, May 3: Ever since the lockdown was announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and its implementation across the country, the police officials of Police Station Ramsoo headed by DySP (Prob) Dr Sumit Sharma, SHO Ramsoo distributed the dry ration materials among the 70 needy families in its area. The persons were made to stand in a queue within neatly drawn circles that ensured proper distance from one another. Also, they were constantly urged to maintain social distancing. The dry ration items which were given to the families includes Rice, Flour, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Cooking oil, etc. Besides this, villagers were made aware about the preventive measures to be observed to contain and control the Coronavirus epidemic by the SHO Ramsoo. The Police officials advised people to strictly observe lockdown and do not venture out of their homes. They were told to strictly observe social distancing. Also People were also advised to use a mask, handkerchief or any other clean cloth in three layers to cover their mouth and nose and avoid touching their mouths nose or eyes.
