JAMMU, June 5: Kotli Welfare Colony Welfare Trust with support of Directorate of Indian System of Medicine organized a medical consultation camp for JKP jawans , Safai Karamcharis, PDD employees and old age people to assist them to adopt ancient Ayurvedic lifestyle to live a happy healthy life. This camp objective is to aware people to prevent COVID19 by following AYUSH system of lifestyle and medicine.
The camp doctors examined people to check their food habits and life style and aware them to follow AYUSH system of medicine. They are provided free Ayurvedic medicines to boost immunity and give strength to body and mind. Yoga expert Prem Resutra assisted people to do yoga on daily basis to keep your mind and body healthy and stress free.
