JAMMU, July 4: To give a green touch to the environment during this Van Mahotsava week and sensitize the cadets about their role in conserving and safe-guarding trees and forests, 33 cadets of A coy and 17 cadets of B coy, 2 J&K Girls Bn, GCW Gandhi Nagar planted saplings in their respective homes and vicinity following the theme of "Plant a Tree and Plant a Hope for Future ".
Principal, Dr Sangeeta Nagari lauded the efforts of the cadets for their good work.
The event was coordinated by ANO Capt Shivani Sharma and care taker Prof Suman Bala of 2 JK Girls Bn, Government College for Women, Gandhi Nagar. |
