Poonch, July 7: Although the government has deployed an IAS officer as Deputy Commissioner Poonch, but this officer is looking incompetent, unaware and negligent in his duty as “all is not well in Poonch”.
The residents allege that the Deputy Commissioner is unkind and is enjoying tours while using the government property for personal trips. All roads in Poonch district including Poonch town are defunct, all tourist sports are in dilapidated conditions, there is lack of answerability in government offices.
He has set some blue eyed to discuss all issues and ignore others to talk with them.
He once demarked and declared River zone (red zone) the area around the Sher e Kashmir bridge Poonch and later shifted bus stand/truck stand there. He has no vision, allege locals. |
