JAMMU, July 11: Superannuated employees of the Forest Development Corporation (FDC) constituted a “Welfare Forum”. The think tank body of the Forum shall be consisting of retired CGMs, GMs, and DGMs. W J Koul from Srinagar and AK Naik from Jammu, both retired CGMs, were nominated as ambassadors while Abdul Hamid retired AO has been nominated as Member Secretary. For Kashmir, Azad Hussain, (Retd) DGM was nominated as Coordinator while Mohd Sharief Bukhari (Retd) RM was appointed as Chief Spokespersons of the Forum. For Jammu, Jasbir Singh (Retd) DM and PD Sharma Retd DFA were nominated as Coordinators beside Parshotam Singh (Retd) DM (Audit) was appointed as chief spokesperson of the Forum’s Jammu Division unit.
CGMs who have been nominated as Advisors to think tank are AK Sharma, Ishtaq Ahmed Butt, AN Peerzada, Sat Paul Sharma, SH Mintoo, W J Koul and A K Naik. In next phase, District Level committee for all the Divisions of Corporation shall be constituted so as to ensure the participation of retirees at grass root level. The Welfare forum shall take up all the matters of retirees with corporation MD and UT Administration in phased manner. |
