Jammu, July 12 : A youth died on Sunday morning when a car he was driving plunged into a canal in R S Pura area here on city outskirts.
The deceased was identified as Babar Azam (23) of Chohalla tehsil RS Pura district Jammu.
Police said that the car was on its way from Simbal towards Chohalla when reached near Tanda, lost its control and fell into the canal.
The body was recovered and shifted to mortuary of SDH RS Pura while investigation into the matter was in progress, they added. |
