| Awareness camp on HIV/AIDS organised | | |

Kishtwar, July 12: Brainware the Modern Computer society (NGO) today organized camp on HIV/AIDS & Drug De- addiction in collaboration with J & K State AIDS control society at Palmar.
The main motive of the camp is to spread awareness among general masses especially in youths about the drastic effects of Drugs, HIV/AIDS and current pandemic of COVID-19. In this camp Chief Guest Lalita Devi Chairperson Block Development Council, Block Palmar addressed the local citizen to avoid the drugs and motivates other to do same. The resource person Dr. Mohd Ashrif Gari also explains briefly about the drug’s effects and HIV/AIDS and current pandemic of COVID-19. The BTMCS team including project manager and staff member also delivered message against drugs abuse and motivate the citizen towards drug abuse. and also Manoj Kumar Parihar, Ashwani Kumar Parihar, Nadeem Ahmed, Rajinder Kumar (Naib Tehsildar), Umer Khanday and Ayjaz A. Kripak also speaks on this occasion and enlighten the people about the ill effects of drug abuse as well as it use that can be a main cause to spread of HIV in the society.
The whole campaign was organized by BTMCS under the supervision of project Manager and staff members. |
