Jammu, July 19: Department of Swasthavritta Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research today organized an online debate/ health talk for the students of third year. The competition was organized under the supervision of Dr Abhishek Magotra Assistant professor JIAR. Topic of the event was prevention is better than cure with special reference to Ayurveda. During the event students gave their views about the topic and put light on the role of Ayurvedic lifestyle to prevent the disease. Ritika Anand got first position, Charulata got second and Simran lakhotra stood third.
Others who participated were Shallu Bhat, Aditi , Simran Kaur, Sonia, Manvi and Arushi. The event was judged by Dr Abhishek, Naina and Lakshay. The whole event was organized by the Swasthavritta and Yoga Deptt JIAR under the guidance of Chairperson Suman Sharma, MD's Er Ravish Sharma and Ritesh Sharma, CEO's Japna Sharma and Jasudha Sharma, Principal Dr PV singh and B L Anand (AO). Vote of thanks was given by Dr Abhishek Magotra. He thanked management, administration, staff, students for support. |
