JAMMU, July 31: BJP leader F C Bhagat, along with councilor MC Arnia, Yash Pal Saini, Raj Kumar Panch and other prominent local leaders congratulated Balbir Kour, Sarpanch Halqa Treva, for getting a mention from Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his programme ‘Mann Ki Baat’. Bhagat said that by praising Balbir Kour for her achievements, PM Modi has not only honoured her but he has also felicitated the people of whole UT as well as the Panchayati Raj Institutions of the J&K UT. He said it’s an inspiring moment for the people as if they work for the welfare of mankind they will be rewarded accordingly.
