| GDC RS Pura inaugurates Birth Anniversary celebrations of Gandhi | | |

Jammu, Sept 19: NSS Unit and 2 J&K Girls BN NCC, Jammu of Government Degree College R.S. Pura inaugurated the celebration of 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi under the guidance of the Principal Dr. Sunita Sudan and supervision of Prof. Bindu Kumari, NSS Programme Officer and Lt. Shaveta Chowdhary, ANO Girls NCC. The event was initiated by organizing an Online Poster Making Competition in which theme of poster making competition was Non-Violence as a way of life. A total of 20 NSS volunteers and 20 Girl NCC Cadets participated in the online competition with full zeal and enthusiasm. The principal of the college appreciated the participation of the students in these activities to emphasize and inculcate the Gandhian values in their lives. |
