| KISHTWAR, Sept 21: To commemorate the 151st Gandhi Jayanti, Government Degree College Kishtwar today organised a plantation drive in college premises. This plantation drive was organised under the patronship of the College Principal Prof. Anirudh Sharma, and convenership of HOD Sociology, Prof. Sonika Sen. Prof Anirudh Sharma stressed that plantation drive is need of the hour as it helps to combat environmental problems like deforestation, soil erosion, global warming and enhances the beauty and balance of the environment. |
