| B2V3 activities held in 79 Panchayats of Doda on Day 1 | | |  Early Times Report
DODA, Oct 2: The Back to Village-Phase III activities were held in 79 Panchayats of Doda District on the day one of the unique developmental program launched by J&K Government to fill infrastructural gap in the villages of the Union territory.
The officers discussed the developmental needs of the Panchayats with the elected representatives, Gram Panchayat members and took stock of key facilities and services available to the people. The officers inspected Hospitals, PHE installations, Schools, Veterinary facilities and other services.
The Officers discussed the local developmental scenario with the BDC chairpersons and Gram Panchayat members and sought their suggestions about the priority areas. They also hold ward sabas in which the residents projected their demands and immediate developmental requirements.
The visiting officers apprised the people of different government initiatives and welfare schemes meant for socio-economic empowerment of rural areas.
