Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct, 24: The Jammu and Kashmir government has appointed three nodal officers for the Business Reform Action Plan 2020-21. As per the order issued by the Housing and Urban Development Department, which reads, "Sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of following officers of the Housing and Urban Development Department as Nodal officers, who will act as nodal officers of contact for Housing and Urban Development Department for liaisoning at Administrative Department Level and at the Divisional Level respectively". The order has been issued by Dheeraj Gupta, Principal Secretary to Government Housing and Urban Development Department. As per the order, Hamid Ahmad Wani, I/C Chief Town Planner will act as a nodal officer at Administrative Department Level. While Shubi Tabbasum, Under Secretary to Government, will act as nodal officer in Kashmir Division and Thananji Bhat, Under Secretary to The government will act a nodal officer in Jammu Division. As per the reports, the nodal officers will do the finalization of process/ procedures followed by Application processing, the application process, Document Checklist, fee, and timeline. The Nodal officers will do updation of the departmental website with the revised procedures timelines and etc. Initiation of the timeline under PSDGA and ensure the timeline will be notified by nodal officers, will discuss with the system developer to update the systems as per the procedure for taking it to complete online mode. While nodal officer will ensure the systems are developed updated as per the charges suggested, while checking the systems and finalization the system before go-live and issuance of order instruction to concerned district level machinery of the utilization of online systems will be done by the nodal officers. |
