Jammu, Oct 31: NSS unit GGM Science College organized inter collegiate slogan writing under Patronage of worthy Principal Dr. RavenderTickoo and superivision of NSS PO Dr. Deepali Mahajan.To commemorate 145th birth anniversary and to re-affirm the inherent strength and resilience of our nation, recalling the mantra “EK BHARAT SHRESTH BHARAT”Students of different colleges of JK UT participated in slogan writing with theme TOGETHERNESS LEADS TO HARMONY; HARMONY LEADS TO PEACE on National Unity Day or RashtriyaEktaDiwas 31st October is celebrated to mark the birth anniversary of IRON MAN of India SardarVallabhbhai Patel who unified the country. The event was judged by Dr Shakha, Department of Zoology and Dr. Nisha, HOD, Department of Geography The first position was bagged by Suhasini, G.G.M Science College. AshikaBajwa GCOE secured second position. Third rank was shared by Tanisha Gupta G.G.M Science College, Dinakshi Devi and Ananya Sharma both of School of Sciences CLUJ. |
