JAMMU, Nov 1: Government Degree College Vijaypur today organized an online national level youth workshop on topic, "Amplifying your inner powers: Power to face challenges".
The programme was organized in collaboration with BK Youth Wing, Pune and Prof. E.V Swaminathan (Ph.D, B.Tech, MBA, MSc, PGDH, DDH) a renowned trainer, teacher, counsellor, consultant, recipient of Sunrise Peace award and award of excellence to conduct a National Level online webinar.
Dr. Sangeeta Sudan, Principal of the College thanked the students and research scholars across the country for their active and enthusiastic participation and exhorted that one should embrace each life challenge as an opportunity and enjoy victory. Some challenges may see enormous and harsh but if an individual remains centered and full of awareness, no challenge is too big to meet with power, will and grace.
Stressing about the potential outcome is often what turns a mole hill into a mountain. Once we shift our focus to the thing we are actually doing instead of the result, the most intimidating part of the trial starts to disappear. If we simply perform the task at hand without worrying about the outcomes we have the power to overcome the situation. |
