Vision Kashmir discusses issues of unemployed youth | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 23: General body meeting of Vision Kashmir was held today under the chairmanship of its convener Sunil Fotedar to discuss and deliberate the burning issues pertaining to over aged youth and relief holders of the displaced community. Sunil Fotedar while addressing meeting expressed anguish over how the over aged youth and relief holder of the displaced community has been ignored even in this catastrophic situation by the government and strongly lambasted the government for playing a politics of deception with them. He further said that in this period of pandemic, misfortunes has multiplied to such an extent that relief holders are forced to continue the struggle for their sustenance and survival. He said that government has left the over aged youth and relief holder in a disparaging situation fully knowing the fact that how an individual makes both ends meet with a meager amount of Rs 3250 in a situation when rates of commodities, medicines etc are touching sky. This was brought to the notice of the authorities time and again but its very shameful and disgusting that a relief holder of a miniscule minority stands ignored and deprived of basic necessities of life. |
