BJP leader criticizes GN Azad's statement
11/23/2020 11:29:16 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 23: BJP's mission of making India Congress free is soon going to be accomplished as the century old party is already on death bed due to unending internal rift and simmering anguish of its leaders and workers against the 'self-obsessed' family comprising so called scions of Pt Jawaharlal Nehru, who are currently heading the outfit.
This was stated by senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta in response to Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad's statement on pathetic condition of the party in over last 70 years, while intensifying DDC polls campaign at Srinagar.
Taking a dig at Azad, Kavinder said that the remedies which the disgruntled senior leader of the Congress party has suggested for overhauling party are in no way feasible as the party has already lost ground and no power on earth can guarantee its comeback since the dynastic politics of Congress has eaten up its vitals with no scope to refurbish or revive.
"The tender submission made by senior Congress leader about party falling at lowest ebb is the hard fact which its leadership at all levels should also admit and surrender before BJP's nationalistic agenda which is making it popular among more and more people with each passing day. The fate which Congress met in Bihar polls is its destiny and soon NC and PDP will also join the bandwagon with bail bonds of their candidates getting confiscated in the upcoming DDC polls", he said.
Looking into the new era of development being realized by the BJP government in each and every corner of the country, Kavinder said that the scope of Congress has further diminished with its leaders looking for space in BJP and other parties as clan politics has made it difficult for them to serve the society impartially and also make steady progress in the hierarchy of the party.
"The coalition which Congress is looking for every now and then is the witness to the fact that the party has no base and connect with the people is missing drastically thus making it a redundant entity in UT and national politics", he said adding that NC which is also toeing the same line shall also meet the same fate and soon its leaders will start requesting fellow parties like BJP to accommodate them as the days of dynastic politics are over and people now want work on ground.
The senior BJP leader appealed to the people not to get misled by the false slogans of Congress, NC or PDP and vote for the nationalistic political outfit BJP in upcoming DDC polls to ensure all round development as promised by the PM Narendra Modi during his public meetings addressed on various occasions and forums. Senior journalist Sohail Kazmi also accompanied the former Deputy Minister.
