Ramban, Dec 7: A truck bearing no PB 09 N 6177 moving from Sopore to Jammu carrying apples turned turtle on NH44 near Nachlana, District Ramban (J&K). On receiving the information, two teams of Army from Nachlana including Medical officer, immediately swung into action for rescue operation. The teams immediately controlled the traffic and carefully evacuated five individuals from the accident site. Injured were given first aid, immediately rushed to the Army Medical Center and administered necessary medication. All patients were discharged after two hours of medical supervision. Thereafter, Army personnel assisted Police in evacuation of truck from accident site and management of traffic on NH.
