Jammu, Dec 11: Gandhi Global Family J&K, Indian Systems of Medicine, J&K Govt. Akhil Bhartiya Safai Mazdoor Sangh and Green India Foundation organised 188th Covid-19 Medical cum Awareness Camp in the premises of CNI Church, Wazarat Road near CM's residence Jammu where AYUSH Immunity Boosting medicines were provided to Safai Karmacharis and general public through expert team of doctors, following the guidelines issued by the local administration.
Dr. Sanjogita Soodan, Health Officer, JMC inaugurated the camp in the presence of S.Jaswinder Singh Kuku Advisor, GGF, Jammu, Younis Mattoo, Chairman, GIF, Lucky Chidha, President ABSMS, Amar Moman, General Secretary, ABSMS, Saroon Nayer, Sahul Nair, Neelam Kumari, Gagi Mooman, Yashpal, Rajesh Gill, Rahul Nair, Major Sotra and dozens of local prominent citizens.
Over 260 people were attended by Dr.Shifali Sharma, MO and Dr.Sukhpreet Kour, MO. Earlier, awareness on Covid-19 was also conducted by the team of ISM Doctors. President Padmashri Dr.S.P.Varma expressed his gratitude to Dr.Mohan Singh, Director ISM, J&K and Dr. Suresh Sharma - ADMO, Jammu for deputing a competent team of doctors and providing free AYUSH medicines for boosting the immunity of safai karamcharis. He was also grateful to both the NGOs for successful conduct of the camp. The camp was dedicated to living legend Er.I.C.Jandial, Former Development Commissioner, Shri Amarnath Shrine Board.
