JAMMU, Dec 30: Sarwal Police detained, BJP leader's husband under, prevention of children from sexual offences (POCSO) on Wednesday.
According to sources Ravi Sethi husband of BJP leader, Rajni Sethi Ex BJP Mahilla Morcha President & State Spokesperson has been booked under POCSO Act. "He has been detained by Police Post, Sarwal, Jammu in an FIR no. 197/ 2020 U/s 354 IPC &7/8 POCSO Act.", a senior Police officer said.
He further said that the accused person has been alleged to have committed sexual abuse on one of his 13 year old daughter of his relatives. |
