| Covid Vaccine dry run successfully conducted at Kotranka | | |

Rajouri, Jan 6: As a part of the ongoing nationwide Covid-19 vaccine dry run was conducted today at CHC Kandi.
At Block Headquarter Kandi (Kotranka), the Additional Deputy Commissioner Kandi Surinder Mohan Sharma with the DHO Rajouri Dr. Khalid Mansoor, Tehsildar Hakim Shah visited and monitored the session of administration of Dry run of Covid-19 vaccination organized by Block Medical Officer, Dr Iqbal Malik under the Supervision of Chief Medical Officer, Rajouri Dr Shamim Bhatti to the beneficiaries at the selected site.
Further the Dr.Iqbal Malik Block Medical Officer informed that a total of 25 dummy beneficiaries selected from Co-WIN platform participated during the mock drive ,besides 5 trained members of Vaccination Team already uploaded on Co-WIN App were also present with pre-designated roles and responsibilities.
"The objective of the dry run for COVID-19 vaccine introduction is to assess operational feasibility in the use of COVID-19 Vaccine. Intelligence Network (Co-WIN) application in the field environment, to test the linkages between planning and implementation and to identify the challenges and guide the way forward prior to actual implementation", the BMO added.
