| PHE lambasted for water crisis | | |

Vijaypur, Jan 6: Chairman Vijaypur Muncipal Committee Deepak Pagotra has lambasted PHE department over its failure to tackle severe water crisis in Vijaypur town. The department has been ignorant to the people's hardship and is deliberately ignoring an elected body.
Deepak said," I have been receiving complaints about severe water shortage in the main town to which I did try to coordinate with executive body many times but they deliberately ignored as if an elected body is no one to direct them".
I am forced to hold this press conference as the complete democratic setup has been dismantled. Whole executive body is behaving is ignorant to the hardship of inhabitants of Vijaypur town.
I am requesting governor if the executive body isn't serious about their job either transfer them to elsewhere or suspend them from the services. I am people's representative and i am the one who is answerable to them. |
