| Director Finance visits GDC Nagrota | | |

Jammu, Jan 23: The Director Finance Abdul Majid Bhat along with Assistant Director Planning & Assistant Accounts Officer (AAO) visited GDC Nagrota for inspection of the renovated block of the college. AAO examined the cash book & other finance related registers & documents. He appreciated that though, being a new college, the cash books have been maintained properly. On interaction with the staff of the college; Director Finance apprised them about the various financial codal formalities to be followed in all purchases/ financial transactions of the college. He also explained the procedure of bidding and reverse bidding on GeM. Construction of pre fabricated structure to be built on the roof of the existing building of the college was also discussed. |
