| Childline Jammu organizes workshop for promotion of Psychological Support | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
RS PURA, Jan 24: Childline Jammu for the promotion of PSS manual organized program at Bal Ashram and Nari Niketan RS Pura Jammu.
While introducing the manual, with the help of PSS Manual one can easily understand the psychological needs of the children and their solution. Moreover, it also helps in knowing whether the child is going through some psychological problem and how to deal with that problem.
Childline on the basis of this PSS manual conducted various activities with the children like dances and songs. Other than this, Childline discussed the various rights of the children with the superintendent of the homes for the protection of the children.
Manjari Singh, SPC, Childline India Foundation was the chief guest during the occasion, who educated about the rights of the children to the gathering and interacted with the children. Ms.Pinky Jain Center Coordinator Childline Jammu discussed the PSS Manual with the superintendent of the homes and told the children to discuss their problems with someone they believe or call at 1098 as and when they want to share anything or need support. |
