Srinagar, Jan 29: Three terrorists were gunned down in Jammu and Kashmir’s Awantipora on Friday.
The Jammu and Kashmir Police said that an encounter was underway in Mandoora Tral area of Awantipora in Pulwama district. Police and paramilitary forces were involved in the anti-terror operation. “Two more unidentified terrorists killed. Search is going on. Further details shall follow,” the J&K Police said. It had earlier tweeted: “One unidentified terrorist killed in the ongoing operation at Mandoora Tral area of Awantipora.” |
