Jammu, Mar 6: A special Lok Adalat was organised at premises of Munisff Court , Akhnoor under the chairmanship of Chairperson tehsil Legal Services Committee Akhnoor Pooja Gupta.
Total number of 9 criminals cases were taken up and nil were disposed o and fine was imposed. A total number of 8 civil cases were taken up and 2 were disposed of. A total number of 56 traffic challan were taken up and disposed of and fine of Rs 120500 was realised on spot. Besides litigants, Bar Association Committee Members, Assistant Public Prosecuting Officers and Para Legal Volunteers were also present in special Lok adalat, |
