Sikh organizations pray for early recovery of former PM Manmohan Singh | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Apr 22: A meeting of various Sikh organizations J&K held under the chairmanship of Mohinder Singh Chief Organizer Bhai Kanaya Nishkam Sewa Society J&K and ex-member District Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee Jammu. In the meeting various issues are discussed and it is prayed to God for the early recovery of former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh, who is covid-19-positive. The members said that their prayers are with Dr Singh and his family members for his good health and speedy recovery. India is in need of his advice and guidance in present crucial time. Mohinder singh, Chief Organizer, appealed to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to convene an all party meeting to discuss and make strategy to tackle the situation created due to COVID-19 in the country. It was also urged to the Prime Minister and Home Minister to announce the ex-gratia to the next of kin of those who died by covid-19 and give employment to one of the family members of the deceased. Mohinder Singh appealed to all the citizens of India as well as well wishers of former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh to pray in Gurdwaras, Temples, Mosques and Churches for his early recovery and good health.
