4/22/2021 11:43:26 PM
Early Times Report

JAMMU, Apr 22: After signing an agreement with the management, the employees of Dharmarth Trust J&K have called off their strike and given nod to resume duties henceforth.
This was stated by President of the Trust Advocate Ajay Gandotra while addressing the media persons at Shri Ranbireshwar Temple here.
He said that all the misunderstandings have been cleared as the matter was resolved through healthy talks.
He said that worries and apprehensions of the employees have been addressed and both ends have decided to resume work in a cordial way.
“The employees have raised slogans in favour of Dr Karan Singh, Chairman Trustee of the Dharmarth Trust, which is a very good sign”, he said while expressing gratitude towards all those who played a significant role in ending this stalemate and convincing employees representatives to start talks rather than choosing the path of confrontation.
It is pertinent to mention that a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Secretary of J&K Dharmarth Trust Dr Gopal Parthasarthi Sharma and General Secretary of the Dharmarth Trust Employees Association in presence of Pt Shiv Rania, Chairman Advisory Committee to J&K Dharmarth Trust Council after which they called off their strike and assured to resume duties.
The Employees Union assured that they will work for the betterment of the Trust and also for strengthening the Snatan Dharma in the Union Territory.
They further assured that if any issue will arise in near future it will be resolved through dialogue only.
Members of the Advisory Committee to J&K Dharmarth Trust Council were also present on the occasion.
