Early Times Report

Jammu, May 10: Reacting strongly to a news clip issued by media regarding throwing out one Gujjar namely Noor Hussain R/O village Gambhir, District Rajouri, phone No.8393838722, with his ailing wife suffering from uterus & Kidney stone problem, the Aam Aadmi Party, J&K, Jammu, in press release issued here took strong exception whereby, as per Noor Hussain Gujjar, he was thrown on the road by the three surgeons of recovery ward of GMC, Jammu with the word that said Noor Hussain should arrange 4 points of blood for treatment failing which he should go home.
When said Noor Hussain showed Golden card of Ayushman Bharat as also the BPL card, he was told to approach Narinder Modi for blood arrangement and that said golden card carries no weight & value for them in the GMC, Jammu, the release said & further added that he was charged Rs 1500 for ECG in the GMC, Jammu and was left abandoned to go to village Gambhir, Rajouri without getting treatment in GMC, Jammu for want of blood.
Terming the matter as inhuman & pathetic, the AAP release urged upon the authorities concerned in general & LG Manoj Sinha in particular to take cognizance of the case as early as possible to save a human life of the wife of Noor Hussain Gujjar named above failing which the faith of common man will be shattered completely from the government policies which have already proved as mere jumla, the release said and added that if it is the treatment to the BPL card & Ayushman card holder in GMC, Jammu under the nose of the government, what could be the plight of common people living in far off remote, hilly & in accessible areas.
AAP demanded an urgent & immediate inquiry into this heart rending inhuman episode at the time of pandemic and helpless people need help & support without any bias of caste, creed & colour, so that guilty are identified and brought to book for their failure to serve the humanity and that the rule of law is established.
The release further said that all the conventional political parties in the past have criminally ignored Health & Education sector to keep the mankind ailing & illiterate so that nobody could be in a position to stand upon its own legs to muster courage to question the ruling class and that it is only sincere and human friendly attitude of Delhi CM, Arvind Kejriwal who has completely galvanized the whole system, who has joined politics not to rule but to serve the masses.
