Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 6: While appreciating and commenting on a news item with the heading "Youth committing suicides, J&K Govt is setting-up Youth clubs!" published in Early Times, founder member & national council member of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Deep Singh said that unplanned youth and women care management is alarming for the nation including J&K.
In a statement issued here today, Deep Singh said that the fake nationalism of RSS and BJP is badly hitting the required seriousness on these crucial subjects. He said that though the issues related to youth & women sections of any society matter a lot in all respects but the same need to be dealt quite seriously when linked with sensitive J&K, where more than 80% population has to depend upon the sub-standard govt sponsored schooling with no scientific approach and sports facilities. Govt badly failed to vacate available common land chunks at villages level to develop the play grounds for youth whereas on the contrary, handsome budgets are being allocated to set-up the Youth Clubs just to fetch huge commission amounts, release added. Youth & women development need to be considered as the prime duties of J&K administration in particular but nothing concrete is being observed on ground, release added. Even as on date, like other parts of country, over 70% women have to suffer from anemic disease a big and ugly spot on the face of nation, it added.
