JAMMU, July 6: District Coordinator Atul Kashyap and District Assistant coordinator Rakesh Singh of Eco-Club and Herbal Gardens Udhampur met with Chief Education Officer Udhampur Arvin Kumar Koul and discussed in detail about functioning of Eco clubs and Herbal Gardens in Govt schools of District Udhampur.
They shared the Envisioned plan of Former Director school Education Jammu Madam Anuradha Gupta regarding Herbal Gardens a scheme initiated by in Collaboration with Directorate of Indian System of Medicine in all Govt schools for planting Medicinal plants along with the concept of Kitchen Gardening in the school.
Atul kashyap and Rakesh Singh also presented Medicinal plant Neem to Worthy Chief Education Officer as token of love and to spread message among teaching community to activate and Register maximum schools under Eco-club scheme to obtain necessary grants related to it from concerned authorities and utilize this Eco-Clubs to spread the message of "Green earth Clean earth " among Society through school children. |
