| GDC Nagrota celebrates world population day | | |

JAMMU, July 11: To commemorate Azaadi ka Amrut Mahotsav, Govt. Degree College organized online poster making and slogan writing competition on World Population Day 11 July 2021 under the patronage of Attar Singh Kotwal, Principal of the college.
Speaking on the occasion, he emphasized that it is moral responsibility of the youth to create awareness among the people about population explosion. He also talked about the ill effects of over population. Dr. Deshbandhu convener of the organizing committee appreciated the efforts of the students who participated in the slogan writing and poster making.
The winners of the events were given e-certificate by Prof. Manisha. The event ended with the formal vote of thanks by Prof. Dinesh Singh Chib. |
