JAMMU, July 13: Kashmiri Khatri Hindu Maha Sabha (KKHMS), Kashmiri Khatri Yuvak Sabha and Displaced Kashmiri Unemployed Youths Union paid rich tributes to Hindu martyrs and observed 13th July as "Black Day".
Members of KKHMS led by its Chairman/President Er Ramesh Chander Mahajan paid homage to those who were killed by violated communal mob , looted their properties and burnt down, it was deep conspirator of violence and secessionist in Kashmir valley where minority Hindus have been facing onslaught in Kashmir since 1931 and proxy war was started by communal forces against minority Hindus in 1931 which finally culminated in their mass exodus from the Valley in 1989-1990 and all successive Governments have failed to bring the normalcy and justice and rehabilitate the suffered Kashmiri refugees.
"It is still continuing as a human right violation", they said. A two minutes silence was also observed at their respective places.
"The communal forces looted and arson the shops and houses of Kashmiri Pandits, mercilessly beaten, children were picked to be hurled in the river, many Hindus were roasted alive and women were insulted, maltreated suicide, young girls were plunged to death, some were kidnapped, strangulated, raped, hanged, murdered and simultaneous communal violence unleashed against all Kashmiri Hindus community who were living in, Maharaj Ganj , Bohri Kadal, Hari Parbat, Ali Kadal, Zaina kadal, Safa Kadal, Nawa Kadal, Gunzkhud beside other areas", they said.
