National Conference deputation from Mendhar calls on DDC Poonch

POONCH, July 13: A deputation of National Conference Mendhar including BDC Chairperson Tahira Jabeen, Adv. Nazir Hussain, Vice President Jammu Province, Adv. Zeeshan Javed Rana, Provincial Secretary Youth, Mian Sheraz Azhari, Segment Incharge Mendhar, today called on DDC Poonch, Inder Jeet.
During the meeting, Adv. Zeeshan Rana, apprised DDC Poonch about the present situation with regard to development works in Mendhar Constituency. He submitted a detailed report of defunct water supply schemes, which need special attention of the administration at the moment. He also talked about the condition of roads which are in dilapidated condition and requested the DDC to conduct a personal tour on such roads to assess the situation.
Rana further also requested the DDC to speed up the work of Eklavya Model Residential School and start the construction of the university campus at Dana Shastar, so that these two dream projects of the people are completed at the earliest. He also requested the DDC to include all villages falling along the LOC under the Model Village scheme under BADP.
