The DC instructed the concerned officers to keep a strict vigil on the overcharging and black-marketing of essential commodities during the festive days besides ensuring quality of eatables. He also directed the AD FCS&CA to conduct frequent market checking besides making adequate availability of essential commodities in all areas of the district. The DC directed the SDMs and concerned Teshildars to ensure implementation of COVID-19 related SOPs including wearing masks and maintenance of social distancing at all public places, especially during the festivals. He said that strict orders have been placed that no one should be allowed to violate SOPs related to COVID-19. |
