Early Times Report JAMMU, July 14: As a part of their preparation for the forthcoming international competitions Shivani Charak and Arun Deep Singh, the ace sport climbers of Mountaineering Association of J&K (MAOJK) today left today for Delhi to have a month long proper coaching and practice at the international standard climbing walls in the Indian Mountaineering Foundation Complex, New Delhi. For advance training they may move to Kalinga Stadium, Bhuvneshwar, which has the best climbing wall in the country Whereas Arun Deep Singh has been preparing for IFSC Climbing Youth World Championship slated to be held at Voronezh, Russia from 21st to 30th August, 2021, Shivani Charak has set eyes on participation in the 18th edition of IFSC Climbing World Championship going to take place in Moscow, Russia from 15th to 22nd September, 2021. Meanwhile, Zorawar Singh Jamwal, President Mountaineering Association of J&K and Ram Khajuria, President Tawi Trekkers J&K have pledged their full support to the climbers for their training as well as their participation in the international competitions. |
