Early Times Report SRINAGAR, July 23: Four persons were on Friday injured in a bear attack in the border district of Kupwara, official sources said. They said a wild bear entered village Zurhama in Kupwara on Friday afternoon from a nearby forest when the villagers were busy with their daily work. However, they said before the villagers could react, the bear attacked and wounded four persons. "The wounded were immediately taken to a local hospital where their health condition is stated to be stable," they said. They said the bear later returned to the woods. |
