Jammu, July 23: Akhil Bharatiya Rashtiya Shakshik Mahasangh (ABRSM) J&K hailed the appointment of an acadamician, as the vice chancellor of Central University Jammu. Madhya Pradesh resident, Prof Jain was appointed as the Vice Chancellor of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University on March 15, 2016 for a term of three years, but he was given an extension of two years.
Dr.Sanjeev Jain, presently Director, PDPM-Indian Institute of Information Technology Design & Manufacturing, Jabalpur, it's been appointed as new Vice Chancellor of Central University of Jammu.
Hailing the appointment, President ABRSM Devraj Thakur expressed excitement over the appointment of Dr. Jain as VC
ABRSM welcomed the decision and expressed gratitude to President of India Ram Nath Kovind for his decision. "ABRSM hopes that Prof Dr.Sanjeev Jain will surely take all the stakeholders on board in running the affairs of the Central University and in realizing its vision. ABRSM also expressed sincere thanks to the outgoing Vice Chancellor Dr Ashok Aima for sincerely & honestly discharging his duties while in the office", Thakur said. |
