Jammu, July 27: Akhil Bhartiya Vidhyarthi Parishad (ABVP) has decided to hoist national flag on completion of 75 years of independence in 3305 villages of Jammu and Kashmir.
On August 15, at 10 am in the morning, along with the national flag, the programmes will be organized with the chanting of the national anthem. There are plans to include other people as well.
ABVP has also appointed conveners across the state for the programmes, announced by State President Dr Permender Singh. He said ABVP will hoist National Flag in 50 villages of Rajouri, 200 villages of Sunderbani , 200 villages of Kathua, 150 villages of Samba, 600 villages of Jammu district, 300 villages of Udhampur, 200 villages of Reasi , 100 villages of Ramban , 200 villages of Doda , 150 villages of Kishtwar and above 1000 villages of Kashmir. |
