Shocking! Kishtwar Police blame labour for his own death, register FIR

Kishtwar, July 27: In shocking claim made by the Kishtwar police in an FIR registered at police station Kishtwar for the incident that reported at construction site of under construction 1000 MW Pakal-Dool Power Project in which one labourer Noor Hussain Lone R/o Dool lost his life, Kishtwar police FIR blame the deceased for his own death and tried to act as a saviour of AFCON management who is holy & soly responsible at first place since the deceased has been denied all the safety equipments required by the labourers while working at construction site.
As per the details available with Early Times, Kishtwar Police Register FIR No. 165/2021 U/s 287/304-A of IPC and put whole onus on the deceased who is the father of four children including three young unmarried daughters.
The shocking matter comes to fore during the visit of Ex PDP MLC Firdous Ahmed Tak at the residence of deceased to show his sympathies with the braved family.
Tak who before joined politics was a professional advocate at Jammu and Kashmir High Court after seeing the copy of the FIR got speechless and blow the lid over the incident.
Firdous Ahmed Tak while talking to Early Times inform that Police FIR is shocking added that instead of acting against the project management including HR head and others officials without investigation put whole blame on the deceased which is injustice with the family members of the deceased who had lost only bread earner of the family with all his responsibilities of his children pending. Tak demanded stern action against the AFCON Management and termed it as a failure of administration and senior police officials in terms of action taken against the project management with regard to non providing safety equipments to the labourers working at project sites.
He urged upon the DC Kishtwar and SSP Kishtwar to look into the matter. Tak also offered legal help to the family added that the family will approach court in case the deceased did not get Justice.
