JKTA delegation calls on DSEJ
7/27/2021 11:33:24 PM

EARLY TIMES REPORT

Jammu, July 27: A delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Association(JKTA) called on Director School Education, Jammu Dr. Ravi Shankar Sharma in his office and discussed the recently issued tentative transfer list of Masters.
While interacting with DSEJ, UT President Bhupinder Singh congratulated him on the tentative list of transfers of the masters in the past and said that there is transparency to a large extent but there are still many such masters who have not been transferred wherever they had filled for transfer, so all those masters should also be given relief and their transfer should also be done at the same places where they had filled the online form. Singh said that when the teachers/Masters fill the online form and wherever they fill, those teachers/Masters should be put there so that the online process started by the education department be 100% successful. He further said that the masters who have filled the online form should be transferred to the place where they have filled the online form. Along with this, Singh also said that a concrete transfer policy should be made for the teachers who are engaged under the RET scheme because for the last more than 20 years these teachers are working in the same school.
Others who were present in the delegation includes Sr Vice President Akhtar Abbas Naik, Provincial Sr Vice President Tirth Singh Balwal, DP Ramban Vikram Katoch, Chairman Ramban Riaz Ahmed, Wassim UL Hussain, Muzamil Hussain, Puran Singh, Abdul Rashid and Mohd Jamat Ali.
