Plus-2 Lecturers Forum raises their demands

JAMMU, July 28: All J&K Plus two lecturers' Forum has appealed the Union Territory administration to consider their long pending demands.
A monthly meeting was organized under the chairmanship of Pardeep Singh (Convener of JK UT and District President Jammu) R S Slathia (General secretary), Dr Sushma(vice President) and Sanjay Bhagat (chief organiser).
The forum stressed on their main demands which include ACP, Special incentives to M.phil, Ph.d, NET and SLET qualified candidates, Allotment of home District to the faculity members who are at the verge of Retirement and has served in hard zone, Tenure of one year of service in the hardzone, Rural area/Border area Allowance as par with Housing Rent Allowance in Urban area, creation of post of vice Principal at each Hr sec school for smooth functioning of the institution, Transparency in transfer policy, Regularisation of I/c Lecturers of remaining subjects, Release of pay anomaly in favour of Physical Education Lecturers, fill up of all the vacant posts in the cadre,transfer modification of Lecturers in a single order so that the academic session doesn't suffer, Release of college Quota in favour of +2 Lecturers etc.
